- James Ollis, age 74, father of Eric Ollis, passed away on Monday, April 20 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Eric Ollis has a ministry with his family and also has been with the Whisnants and the Dixie Melody Boys.
- Freedom Quartet member John Rulapaugh announced that his father, Duane Rulapaugh, passed away on April 18.
- The Harmony Honors that were recorded in Nashville this week will air on TBN on May 6. It will be in the "Praise the Lord" timeslot at 9 p.m. (10 p.m. EST).
