Here are some news and tidbit items from this week in gospel music -
  • Karen Peck Gooch's husband Rickey has finished treatments for the week and is responding well so far. Please keep him in your prayers as he has six more weeks of treatments. 
  • The Browders have the #1 song for April's Singing News with "He Took the Nails."
  • Michael Rowsey, drummer for Jason Crabb, and his wife Bridget welcomed a son. Cullum Ray Rowsey was born February 25, 2015 at approximately 6 PM. He weighed 6 lbs. and 15 oz. Grandparents are John Darin and Shirley Rowsey.
  • Marty Funderburk signed a new agreement to stay with Daywind Music Publishing. He has been with them for the past 17 years.
